Mike's Walk for Parkinson's Disease
"Walk" to help those with Parkinson's Disease
On Saturday April 24 in New York's Central Park, a self proclaimed Parkinson's Disease advocate, will walk to create awareness while raising funds to benefit those with the incurable, progressive, neurological disorder. Plymouth, MN. resident, Mike Justak, who himself was diagosed with Early Onset Parkinson's disease five years ago will join tens of thousands in the New York walk. His effort entitled "Mike's Walk for PD" benefits the mission of PFP, Inc. PFP is a 501c3 Non Profit Public charity started by Justak 3 years ago.
"funds will not only go into research but also programs designed to directly benefit those suffering with Parkinson's",Justak remarked.
